From weekly workshops to multi-night retreats — spaces to pause, connect, and come home to yourself.
Soften into the warmth of summer with a nourishing evening of Yin Yoga, acupuncture and crystal sound healing. Kim guides you through slow, supported Yin postures to release tension held deep in the body, while Dr. Susie offers gentle acupuncture to help rebalance your energy and calm the nervous system. As you settle into stillness, the resonant tones of crystal singing bowls carry you into deep rest.
In Traditional Chinese Medicine, summer belongs to the Fire element and the Heart and Small Intestine meridians, which govern joy, warmth and connection. When Fire runs too high, we can feel restless, anxious or unable to switch off. Late summer brings the Earth element and the Spleen and Stomach meridians, our centre of nourishment, digestion and grounding, which easily tips into worry and overthinking when out of balance.
Each session works with these meridians through targeted Yin postures, acupuncture points and sound, helping you cool an overheated mind, steady your energy and feel nourished and centred through the season. No yoga or acupuncture experience needed.

Before the festive season begins, pause to breathe, reflect and honour all that 2026 has held — the beautiful moments, the challenging ones, and the quiet ways you've grown. Inspired by Tara Brach, this two-hour journey of self-compassion weaves grounding breathwork, cacao ceremony, guided meditation, journaling, yin yoga, reiki and sound healing. Come alone or with someone you love — daughters welcome (age 6+).

Before the season of giving, take a moment to receive. Join Kim Yates and Claire Bradshaw for a two-part journey to close the year: first letting go of what has been carried, then opening to what wants to come in.
Guided by Sacred Somatic Breathwork and supported by gentle somatic movement, reiki and a live sound bath, this deeply nourishing two-hour experience invites you to release tension, reconnect with your body and breath, and create space for calm, clarity and renewal. Give yourself permission to slow down, surrender into stillness and simply receive.
Move. Breathe. Release. Receive.

As the year draws to a close, pause and surrender to an intimate, candlelit evening of deep rest. Long-held, supported Yin Yoga postures meet the soulful melodies. Yoga facilitated by Kim Yates and live violin by Jessica Leigh — a Melbourne violinist who performs with the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra. Singing bowls, chimes and gentle guided meditation complete the evening, helping you calm the nervous system and release what you've been carrying. All levels welcome — no yoga experience needed.
